Ashok Kheny is an MLA from Bidar South, Karnataka and the Managing Director of Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises, which is best known for the construction of Bangalore–Mysore Infrastructure Corridor project. He is also the Director of India International Infrastructure Engineers Limited. He is a Graduate of Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Kheny has been in the news for his scuffles with former prime Minister of India H. D. Deve Gowda over the land acquisition for the BMIC project.
