Asif Ali is an Indian film actor best known for his work in Malayalam cinema. While pursuing a degree abroad,Asif Ali modelled for ads, worked as a video jockey and was selected by Shyamaprasad to play one of the lead roles in his film Ritu. He was then approached by veteran Sathyan Anthikkad to play an important role in his 50th film Kadha Thudarunnu with Jayaram and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles,this filim was a success and completed 75 days all over kerala. His third filim was Apoorvaragam,directed by Sibi Malayil.Since then, he had acted in the films Best of Luck,Traffic and Ithu Nammude Katha. Traffic completed 50 days in most of the releasing centres and had a net gross of around ₹ 83.5 million within this time. He received offers from directors including Joshiy,Amal Neerad,Madhupal and Saji Surendran. In 2013 He appeared In Jean Paul Lal's directorial Debute,Honey Bee where he played the role of Seban followed with Debutant Jissmon Joy's Bicycle Thieves was a Thriller comedy film. His next Releases were Pakida,Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal and Hi I'm Tony. In the Same year He played The role Shabab In Sapthamashree Thaskaraha and a Cameo Role in Vellimoonga.
