Joe Seely is an actor who has starred in films and television. He is perhaps best known for his role as Mark Gray in the 1989 hit horror movie A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child. His other films are Armed and Dangerous, Tough Guys, and Shag. Seely has made guest appearances on TV shows like St. Elsewhere, and Second City TV.
