Tommy Duggan was an Irish actor who contributed to British television and film from the 1940s to the 1990s. Film appearances include supporting roles in A Matter of Life and Death, The Elusive Pimpernel, The Belles of St Trinian's, The Omen, Superman II and Omen III: The Final Conflict. His television roles include Armchair Theatre, The Buccaneers, Dixon of Dock Green, The Saint, Doctor Who: The Mind of Evil, and Father Ted.
