Vail Bloom is an American actress and producer, best known for her role as Heather Stevens on The Young and the Restless, for which she received a daytime Emmy nomination. Bloom has also appeared in guest roles on HBO and ABC, in several independent films, and in the reality-TV series Vanderpump Rules. Bloom graduated Princeton University with a degree in architecture.
